R-00® is a chemical liquid compound, formulated to eliminate Paraffin and Asphaltene buildup and precipitation in light crude oil by a cold transformation process (non-thermal). The energy transformation occurs under a cold, permanent and nonreversible reaction, resulting in the shortening of long hydrocarbon chains unlike conventional mobilizing agents. By the reduction of the long hydrocarbon chains a properly treated production systems, flowlines, pipelines, or distillation units will see no buildup/precipitation of Paraffins and Asphaltenes thus eliminating operational issues related to these.
R-01 Heavy Oil Hydrocarbon Treatment
R-01® is a chemical liquid compound, formulated to enhance the quality of heavy and extra- heavy crude oils as well as bituminous sands by a cold transformation process (non-thermal). The energy transformation occurs under a cold, permanent and nonreversible reaction, resulting in the shortening of long hydrocarbon chains. Henceforth, it creates a better API quality oil with enhanced physical properties (lower viscosity and specify gravity), when compared to the original oil extracted from the well resulting in less operational issues.
MSL-LUBE DRILLING LUBRICANT
MSL-Lube is a synergistic blend of chemistries and strong filming agents that provide extreme lubrication properties with superior corrosion inhibition capabilities. The bond is created through an adsorption process where chemically reactive constituents of MSL-Lube forms a highly tenacious layer on the solid surfaces which remain intact through elevated pressures and temperatures. The fluid conditioning properties of MSL-Lube whether used in water or oil-based fluids on conventional drilling or coiled tubing drill out applications allow the product to effectively adhere and coat the surfaces of pipe and formation providing the superior lubrication results.
